Northern Portugal
Yoga & Yoga Nidra Retreat
September 1 - 8, 2026
A week of movement, rest, heartfelt connection and nourishment in a beautiful 18th century sanctuary.
✨
Our experience will include a lovingly designed flow of twice-daily yoga practices, delicious family-style meals prepared by a private chef, and space to explore, connect and play, all held within the incredible, lush beauty of the Lima Valley, located in Northern Portugal’s Minho region.
Through this unique alchemy the week will unfold as an immersion into the wisdom of the heart and how it can be seen, felt and experienced through our lives and far beyond our time together.
Our retreat home is an 18th century Baroque gem. Steeped in history dating back to the 13th century when a defensive tower was built to overlook the valley, the home was rebuilt and established in 1737 with its current distinguished facade.
Over the years, this unique locale has been renovated with love and intention to be a place for healing and renewal with a variety of delights to enrich the experience, including painting and sculpture collections, lush gardens, two saltwater pools and a tennis court.
Located in Portugal’s forested and lush Lima Valley. This romantic countryside is shaped by a slow and ancient river, stone bridges, historic towns, and Alvarinho and Loureiro vineyards.
